It's time for us to close the revolving doors of prisons, end the egregious abuse of technical parole and probation violations, and significantly reduce the prison population. Currently, there are 4.65 million adults in the United States under some form of post-conviction supervision— probation or parole.

Meek Mill is just one of the thousands of men and women who end up in prison as a result of these poor practices. Not only is there the constant threat of going to prison for minor violations, probation, and parole significantly hinder rehabilitative efforts of men and women returning to society. The struggles that many men and women on probation or parole face include impediments to employment, access to housing and travel restrictions even if its work related. #cut50 is working to change these outcomes and we need your help.
